You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Usernames are permanent and cannot be changed once created. You must provide a valid email address.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload illegal, harmful, or NSFW content as public-facing media
Impersonate other users or public figures
Use the service to spam, harass, or abuse others
Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the service
Create multiple accounts to abuse features or badges

4. Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (avatars, backgrounds, audio). By uploading, you grant msgs.lol the right to host and display your content as part of your public profile page.

5. Uploaded Media

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any media you upload. We may remove content that violates copyright or our policies without notice.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We may also remove profiles or content at our discretion.

7. Service Availability

msgs.lol is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for any data loss or service interruptions.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
